As professional school DJs, we understand that each school dance or event is individual and unique, and our pricing is customized for each performance. While our pricing structure is comparable to our competitors, our service goes above and beyond the expectations of your staff, students, and parents. We will gladly come to your school and discuss the event and determine a package size and budget that is comfortable and appropriate for all parties involved.
Please keep in mind when considering any price quote, while the actual event might only be 3 or 4 hours in length, your DJ had to load in all the equipment necessary for the job, drive some distance to your school dance or event location, arrived at least 1.5-2 hours prior to your start time to begin his set-up, performed non-stop for the duration of your event, broke down all the gear he brought, re-loaded the equipment, drove back home and unloaded once more. Add in any pre-planning phone calls, playlist discussions etc. and you can clearly see that a good, quality disc jockey will have at least 8-10 hours at minimum invested in the success of your event. For a typical medium sized dance, multiply that number by at least three for the number of crew required to work the event properly and safely.
