- We promise that we’ll be easy to work with. Of course we use written contracts and operate our business professionally, but we never let the rules get in the way of good business. Our purpose is to make your day great.
- We promise to work well with your other wedding professionals. There’s a reason so many of them refer us. We understand it’s a team effort and that no one service is more important than the others.
- We promise to play your favorite music, and to eliminate the music you don’t want. It’s your reception – why should you have to listen to music you don’t like?
- We promise to look good. We’ll be dressed appropriately and our systems will be neat and clean. No banners, unsightly wires and beat up equipment to make your beautiful reception ugly.
- We promise that you’ll be thrilled that you made the decision to trust us with this important honor. We know that this is one of the most important decisions you will make about your wedding, and we promise that you’ll be glad you did.
- We promise to be flexible. We’ll plan everything in great detail, but on the day of your event, sometimes circumstances dictate changes that could not be foreseen. We’ll work with the circumstances to make sure no one even knows there were changes.
